Services to help you get the most from your Bomgar investment:

  • Ensure that you get up and running with your Bomgar appliance as soon as possible

Virtacol offers the following services.

Installation
We will ensure that you have everything prepared for the installation of your Bomgar solution including domain registration, SSL Certificates, Firewall configuration and of course configuration of the Bomgar appliance when it arrives.

We will liaise with your in-house teams in order to advise on configuration changes when direct access is not possible or will help with the submission of any required change requests.

This service can either be provided remotely or via onsite attendance by a Virtacol Specialist.

Support Portal Customisation
Achieve maximum impact when introducing your new Bomgar solution to your clients – customize the look and feel of your support portal so that mirrors your Company brand.

We will work with you to design the support portal and implement these design changes by creating a bespoke cascading style sheet (CSS) for your company which can be loaded onto the Bomgar Appliance. This them becomes the image that users see when they connect to you for support.

Active Directory Integration
Bomgar can integrate with your current Active Directory structure enabling users to log into their Bomgar representative client, admin portal or appliance portal using the same credentials that they use to login to the network. This of course negates the need for users to be setup and managed in a separate environment and for the users themselves to remember additional login accounts.

We can implement the required configuration on your system to enable this functionality.

Training
When you have a number of support representatives that you want to get up-to-speed with supporting users remotely through the Bomgar appliance, setting up presentations or administering the appliance then why not consider a Virtacol Training day. We will make sure that the users adopt the best practice from the outset and are confident when interacting with their first client.

Failover Configuration
For clients that invest in an additional B300 in order to provide a failover solution, we can offer additional installation support to ensure that the failover is configured correctly and that the failover process is planned and understood.
